Because every Remenda piece is one of a kind — individually selected and finished with hand-stitched patches — we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please review the product description, measurements, and photos carefully before purchasing, and reach out with any questions before you order.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong piece, email us at hello@remenda.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
