Every Remenda piece is one of a kind and prepared by hand before it ships. Here's what to expect once you place an order.
Processing time
We prepare and ship every order within 7 business days of purchase. Because each piece is one of a kind and finished by hand, this gives us the time to get it ready and packed with care.
Shipping and delivery
We ship all orders within the United States via USPS. Once your order ships, delivery time depends on the USPS service and your destination. You'll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your piece on its way to you. Delivery estimates are provided by USPS and are not guaranteed.
Shipping rates
Shipping rates are based on standard USPS rates and are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. Your exact shipping cost will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Shipping delays
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order seems delayed, email us and we'll help you look into it.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're unable to reroute or refund orders shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly, though we'll always do our best to help.
Lost or damaged packages
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, email us at hello@remenda.shop within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right (see our Refund Policy). For a package that shows as delivered but can't be found, or that appears lost in transit, reach out and we'll help you file a claim with USPS.
